About Cleopatra
Cleopatra VII Philopator, best known as Cleopatra, was the last active pharaoh of Ancient Egypt. She is best known for her illustrious beauty, and her relationships with the ancient world’s most powerful men, including her most infamous conquests, Julius Caesar and Marc Antony.
Of course, she is also known for her rule over Ancient Egypt, where she served as pharaoh for over 20 years. She originally ruled with her father, Ptolemy XII Auletes, as a co-ruler.
